Julie-Ann Keane, Founder of the David Keane Foundation is the first born of Apostle David Keane. She has approximately 21 years of experience in the area of event coordinating and administration for major gospel festivals, health fairs, conferences and The world’s Third Largest World Game, ICC Cricket World Cup 2007. She has worked along with major gospel Artists such as Phil Driscoll, Leon Patillo, BeBe and CeCe Winans, Andrae Crouch, Jessy Dixon and Mary Mary to name a few.

Julie-Ann is a professional singer for over 30 years and has been a member of major choirs here and in the USA; including the elite “Souls-a Fire” Choir of Oral Roberts University which she attended whilst pursuing a degree in Marketing.

She has formed, directed, and taught vocals to choirs around the world including Scotland and has worked on many albums. As a songwriter, she co-wrote the Theme song for the national movement in Jamaica, “Hands across Jamaica for righteousness.” She was a former radio host for a Jamaican Christian Radio Station, TBC FM; hosting a six- hour show, weekly. She is a blogger and has her own blog site, “Virtuous Living” www.Jamkeane.blogspot.com, reaching the wider world, ministering through her own experiences and touching many lives along the way. Julie-Ann has been a Christian for the last 36 years and has dedicated her life to the call of Jesus Christ. She presently owns her own business providing industrial labour and HR/operational services and is embarking on launching her own Ministry in the near future.

Saed Mattar is an innovative professional business owner who owned and operated successful supermarkets here in Jamaica and in the USA for many years.

 In previous years, he worked with Grace Kennedy as Sales Manager. Saed also represented the North Caribbean for Beecham Products overseas. He holds professional certificates in Management Studies and Sales Training and Supervision from the United Kingdom and Jamaica.
Saed is a born again Christian who has held responsilbilities as leader of Cell/Care groups and Men’s Ministry at the Miami Harvest Church, Miami FLorida and was further appointed to the Eldership of that church.
Saed recently returned to Jamaica and resumed his fellowship with Church on the Rock, Kingston which he has been a founding member from it’s very inception; 29 years ago. Saed has been a close friend to Apostle David for 37 years and managed His Music Ministry through the years; travelling locally and internationally with him.
Saed has been happily married to Glenna for 35 years with three children; one girl and two boys.

Vernon McLeod is a native of St James, Jamaica and has been residing in Kingston since the completion of his secondary education at Cornwall College in Montego Bay.
His life’s objective, with God’s guidance is to pursue his undertakings with purpose, respect, dedication and integrity always mindful of time honoured principles that bring about positive results.

A retired Chartered Banker by profession who spent twenty years in commercial banking at various levels, Vernon is now actively involved in political representation serving as a Councillor in the local Municipality of Kingston and St Andrew, for the Havendale Division in St Andrew.

He served as Deputy Mayor for the Municipality during 2012.

Vernon’s career history also embraced service on several Government of Jamaica Board of Directors including the Spectrum Management Agency, The Port Security Corps, Micro Investment Development Agency (MIDA), The Self Start Fund and the Pembroke Hall High School where he is the current Chairman.

In addition to his current responsibilities, he manages Motor World Ltd, a family owned retail establishment involved in the distribution of auto parts.

He attended the University of Technology (formerly The College of Arts, Science and Technology) where he studied Banking and was successful in the Chartered Examinations, ACIB, from the Institute of Bankers, London.

His hobbies include listening to light classical music, walking and travelling.

Vernon is married to Norma and is the father of 2 daughters and a son.

Judith Ann Street met servant leaders, Apostle David Keane and Denver Keane of Family Church on the Rock in 1998 who led her to the Lord Jesus Christ. She later went on to serve with them as Minister of Dance from 1998 to 2002.

Judith holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate of Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School. She was called to the Bar in 1994 and has practiced law for over 18 years. Her practice included working with International Franchisees in the Fast food industry and Management of large housing developments with highly recognized Housing Developers.

Judith now resides in the US with her husband and son.

For over 15 years, Cheryl Neufville-Crooks had been an integral part of local music in Jamaica in various areas; singing, artiste management and bookings, public relations, show productions and promotions.  She has carried with her a vast wealth of experience and professionalism into the Gospel music industry since her conversion in 1997.

She became a member of Family Church on the Rock Kingston in 1998, was a member of the church choir, was actively involved in evangelism and in the special events hosted by her church.  In 2000 her pastor, Apostle David Keane appointed her as the Head of the Special Events Ministry of Family Church on the Rock, Kingston and she became a part of the group of leaders of that church.

In 2006, she left Church on the Rock Kingston but has maintained close ties with the Keane family.

Cheryl also has a profession in Marketing Communications which she sees as playing an integral role in church development.

Over the years, she has been affiliated with many organizations and ministries globally.

Cheryl is an ordained Pastor who has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Trinity Theological Seminary of South Florida and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from that same Institution.
