It has been almost 11 years since Church on the Rock Jamaica founder Apostle David Keane fell into a persistent vegetative state, making him unresponsive to those around him. But his family is holding firm to the belief that he will one day talk again, and are appealing to people who share their faith to contribute to a foundation recently established to fund his $600,000-monthly medical bill.
